Account deletion
Open Settings in Nurspective and choose “Delete account and review history”. This removes account-linked reviews and unused credits. Limited fraud-prevention and transaction records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Credit packs are consumable App Store purchases, not subscriptions. For a purchase or refund issue, include the product name and approximate purchase time, but never send payment-card details.
Content accuracy and corrections
Public product and legal information is checked against current app behaviour before release. To report an inaccurate or outdated statement, email 1309617875@qq.com with the page URL and the correction requested. Material corrections receive an updated date.
