Operator and acceptance
These terms are between you and ZIHAO HUANG, an individual developer trading under Solice, for use of Nurspective. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to 1309617875@qq.com.
Formative feedback only
Nurspective helps you revise student-owned nursing and health-profession reflective writing. It does not award an official mark, make a clinical decision, assess professional fitness, provide medical advice, or replace your university, placement provider, supervisor or professional regulator. Feedback can be incomplete or wrong and must be checked by you.
Your work and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your draft and give Nurspective a limited permission to process it only to provide and secure the requested service. Submit only work you are permitted to use. Decide what identifying details to remove, follow your school or placement provider's confidentiality and academic-integrity requirements, verify facts and professional-code references, and make your own final writing decisions. You must not use the service to create a submission-ready replacement or misrepresent generated material as your own work.
Privacy and automated processing
Starting a review authorises the submitted text to be processed by a contracted AI service and, when useful, checked against public web sources to produce feedback. No separate anonymisation confirmation is required. The Privacy Policy explains the temporary workspace, providers, retained feedback, deletion and your choices.
Review credits and App Store purchases
One completed substantive review uses one credit, and a new review of a revised draft uses another credit. A review that fails before producing completed feedback uses no credit. Packs of three, twelve or thirty credits are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple and are not subscriptions. Prices and local taxes are shown by the App Store before purchase. Credits are tied to the Nurspective account that redeems the verified transaction. Deleting that account removes unused credits; consumable credits are not restored after deletion except where required by law. Refund eligibility and processing follow Apple's rules and mandatory consumer law.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful material, content you lack permission to use, malicious files, or attempts to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or gain access to another account or workspace. You are responsible for following applicable confidentiality and institutional requirements. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, security, legal compliance or service integrity.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control. Features and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes receive a new effective date and notice when required; changes do not remove mandatory rights that already apply to you.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nurspective is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every result will be accurate, complete or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by relying on feedback instead of your own academic, clinical or professional judgment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Account closure and contact
You may delete your account and review history from Settings at any time. We may close an account that materially breaches these terms after taking proportionate steps. Contact 1309617875@qq.com for help, complaints or questions.
